Its because of the over 20 + years of care giving for my Mother ( Pamela Ann ) that has lead me into helping others care for oneself. Its the ideas that in order for us to help others we will need to take time for our self. Self care was not always present growing up with a Mother who did everything, everything for me, and others. So we had to learn to center and make it a continued goal of out time together. Ann's Corner - A healing place to be was created in memory of Pam .
